Put a Ring on it!

I'm obsessed with rings, literally obsessed! wherever I travel to I always pick up a ring. They symbolise certain periods in my life, trips that have left marks on me, experiences, and so so so many memories.

I never ever leave the house without one on my finger... yes, even if im going to the supermarket. I just feel naked without one, and my hands feel weird and lonely! I can go without necklaces, earrings, nose rings, you name it, but never without my ring! 

And here is one of my favorites at the moment, while kicking back at home and watching The Housewives of New York City on a sick day (yes i know i shouldn't be so honest to admit such things but i cant help it). 

Walk the walk

I love peoples personal style. Thats what makes the streets so interesting! But you've got to know how to pull off your own style or whatever it is you decide to rock that day. you've got to have that conviction in what your wearing, otherwise you'll just look like an idiot in a Halloween costume!

Here is someone I saw last night and thought, now this man believes what he's wearing is lovely, and to be honest, though he looks like a biker with a Peruvian twist, I really appreciated how he rocked it and believed!  Rock on brotha!

Illuminate Me!

I love the dramatic look of an overpowering, huge, old, heavy chandelier in a very modern, clean setting. Found this on my walk back from pilates today. Dont get me wrong, I could easily go much bigger and better than this....but i can still see this in the entrance of an old remodelled Tuscan farm house.....sorry, I mean MY old remodelled Tuscan farm house "as she closed her eyes and dreamt the afternoon away"

Tick Tock Vintage Style

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE vintage watches. I'm attracted to the older shapes and colours. All the watches I want have gone out of production... so whats a girl to do? Scour the internet and vintage watch shops in the hopes of eventually getting my dream watch/watches at a decent price!

My search has been going on for a few months now and I finally found one of the watches I wanted....BUT unfortunately I was out of town, and another watch hound got to my dream watch before me!

And then I came across this place.....my dream place....

Hunting season has begun!!! 

and ps. if you're interested, one of my favorites is the AP Royal Oak: bottom row, smack dab in the middle.....dreamy!

I'm so used to getting comments (not always compliments) on my clothes that sometimes I feel like no one has anything new to say....I've heard them all!

Where's your elephant? when i wore Indian style pants with a light flowing long belted shirt.....

Did you forget to take off your Pyjamas today? when i wore patterened silky pants and matching top with my Church's velvet Sovreign shoes.....

You look Amish! When i wore a mid calf length camel skirt with boots and cardigan...

So my question is, do i continue to smile and laugh it off, while saying "What the hell do you know" under my breath or listen? 

I'll probably be posting my NOT so crazy outfits every now and then, so vote...LAUGH or LISTEN!
